    Please Pay $400.00 for your child's Release and Transfer Request.  The transfer window is from December 1st, 2019 through January 15th, 2020.  Any request submitted after midnight on January 15th will not be processed.  This is a two step process.  The first step is to pay the fee.  The second step is to log into your Affinity account and look for the 'transfer' tab that is in the profile.  From there you can request the club you wish to go to and in the notes put the team information.
